The second Call for submission to the NOP programs opened on 07/01/2021.
Applications are addressed to entrepreneurs who want to develop innovative projects with an impact on the Bio world.
As of 07/01/2021 it is now possible to submit your project to one of the NOP programs.
Calls are divided by territory of intervention, according to the strategy that each territory has for the Bio world.
Projects can be promoted in Mainland Portugal, in the Autonomous Region of Madeira, in the Autonomous Region of the Azores or by Foreign Promoters.
Projects can be included in one of the 3 NOP programs:
NOP program that aims to develop projects in their initial stage.
Projects must have a connection to the Bio world. They must aim to create an innovative product, service or process.
NOP program that hosts R&D projects that aim to study an innovative product / service / process that can be commercialized.
This program was designed to present financing solutions for innovative projects that are at an advanced stage of development. Projects must present proof of viability of their innovative products/services/processes related to the Bio world.
